THE TWO STAGES OF THE GRANT APPLICATION:

Follow the two stages below that constitute the whole process of grant submission. The main stage of the submission, the one that will take most time, will be to fill in the grant application form, which is on-line via the PRESAGE-CTE software, accessible by Internet.
Read the "guide for project leaders" to know more about all the information that you will be asked for.

  1st stage:
As soon as possible: complete and return the pre-project form to the JTS. It will allow it to be aware, at the earliest stage, of your potential projects, and if necessary, to help you (the pre-project form can be downloaded below).
The JTS will then give you your login and password to then move on to the second stage of the application: filling in the application form via PRESAGE-CTE. Be careful! It will take quite a long time, which is why we do invite you to send your pre-project form as soon as possible so that we can give you your PRESAGE identifiers : no need to wait for the deadline to send it!

  2nd stage:
Complete your application pack.
Make sure you respect the indicated calendar if you want to be sure that your submission will be treated as quickly as possible (except for micro-projects, that can be submitted at any time).

Fill in the application form online via PRESAGE-CTE.
Connection address : www.interreg4a.presage-cte.org.
A user's guide can be downloaded below.
Once you have transmitted the form online to the JTS, you must create two pdf versions of the document : one in French and one in English. Print them and sign them. The paper copy, being the one deemed authentic, must be duly signed by the project leader with a stamp (failing that, the quality of the signatory must be precised).

Send the copies along with the Partnership Agreement and the complementary documents (cf. « Guide for project leaders ») to the JTS. Be careful! Obtaining some of these documents take a long time: it has to be taken into account very early on when setting up the project!

To be acceptable, the pack must be complete and received by the JTS before the deadline for submitting it expires.
