Application appraisal

Following submission of the bid, the JTS appraises the application. It reviews the application's admissibility and if necessary, calls on experts to review its technical aspects. It summarises all these reviews and presents in the Single Appraisal Report (SAR) the positive or negative advice as to the awarding of the grant. This SAR is then submitted to the Steering Committee. The latter casts the deciding vote. The lead partner shall be notified of the decision by post.
If the grant is awarded, an ERDF contract grant offer letter is signed between the Managing Authority and the lead partner.
The document, which should not be modified, can be downloaded below so that the project partners can get to know its content as soon as possible.
The indications coloured in blue within the document will be completed before the signature by the correspondant of the JTS in charge of the project, thanks to the information transmitted by the lead partner.
There is a 4-month interval between submission of the application and its examination by the Programming Committee.

 Updating of the 'Guide for project leaders'
A new version of the 'Guide for project leaders' is now online, integrating what's brand new in the programme: the online completion of the form via PRESAGE-CTE, technical sheets on the key themes within the framework of setting-up projects in our programme (in-kind contributions, investment/depreciation, public contracts, labour costs, overheads etc.), as well as the modified draft calendar of submission dates.

Changing Interreg III projects : before 26/11
Interreg III projects needing to make very last changes must send their paperwork to the JTS before November 26th, 2008 : no other claim for project changes shall be admitted afterwards.

Recruitment :
The new programme has a very large eligible area : at such a scale, how can homogeneity be guaranteed in terms of facilitation and implementation? In order to try and ensure that, the JTS has set up the facilitation coordination and has recruited Marie-Noëlle Le Kervern who joined the team in mid-October.
