The Joint Technical Secretariat is the structure you liaise with concerning the application appraisal. The JTS team is split up into poles dedicated to each priority of the programme: one person is in charge of the administrative admissibility of the application, correspondents (two or more depending on the priorities) then take over for the in-depth appraisal.
A person in charge of communication is also at your disposal within the JTS.

The network of Interreg officers, operational since the launch of Interreg III, is at your service to inform you about the programme, about the method of application, to promote partner networking across the Channel and the area of cooperation, to assist project leaders in developing cross-border projects etc.
The new programme has a very large eligible area : at such a scale, how can homogeneity be guaranteed in terms of facilitation and implementation? In order to try and ensure that, the JTS has set up the facilitation coordination : you are a potential lead partner (economic and institutional actor, association etc.)? Your structure is willing to launch a Franco-English cross border project? Do not hesitate to call on this new activity of the JTS whenever :
- seeking information on the programme,
- needing first level technical assistance before/during the set-up of your first cross-border project,
- wishing to develop a network with potential partners,
- willing to act as an information relay point for the programme.
The facilitation coordination will also be watchful to a global and strategic projects coherence, in respect with the Programme framework and priorities.
