The Joint Technical Secretariat must receive a signed application form, a signed partnership agreement and the necessary documents listed in the application form.no later than 31st March 2008, midnight (to Région Haute-Normandie - Direction de la Coordination - Cellule Interreg - 5 rue Robert Schuman - 76000 ROUEN).

    article of the EC regulation n°1083/2006).

 eligibility of the expenditure:
      regulation EC n°1080/2006 of 05/07/2006 on the European Regional
         Development Fund
      regulation EC n°1083/2006 of 11/07/2006 laying down general provisions
        on the European Regional Development Fund
      Décret français n°2007-1303 du 03/09/2006.
         This rule will be applied for all Interreg IVA areas.

The drafting of the operational programme and the evaluations is co-funded by ERDF, within the framework of the 2000-2006 Franco-British Interreg III-A programme.

The public consultation for the operational programme and the evaluations started on 09 August 2007 and ended on 2nd November 2007.
