Steering Committee of March 11th, 2010

The 5th Steering Committee of the programme took place on March 11th, 2010 in the Ecole Supérieure des Arts et Médias in Caen (France). 5 new projects have been approved, among which 1 micro-project. More than one third of the global ERDF budget that can be granted to the projects have now been programmed (41,72%). The programme is happy to welcome all new part-takers.

9 new approved projects (22/10/2009)
The 4th Steering committee of the Interreg IV-A France(Channel) - England programme took place on October 15th in Norwich (England). At this occasion, 9 new Interreg projects have been approved. The most stricking fact is that 90% of the partners of these projects prove to be brand new part-takers that the programme is happy to welcome! We have now hence passed the mark of 200 partners involved in cross-border cooperation projects under our programme. More than 1/3 of the ERDF total budget is now dedicated to the approved projects: we are looking forward to discovering yours!

Annual event of the 2 Seas Programme (22/10/2009)
The cross-border cooperation « INTERREG IVA 2 Seas Programme » will hold its annual event on 19 & 20 November in Ostend (Belgium). This event called « Develop your cross-border ambitions » is a Cooperation Fair.

Standard template of partnership contract: ERRATUM (18/09/2009)
The standard template of partnership contract has been modified: the project leader and project partners must indeed retain all documents relating to the project implementation until December 31th of year 2021 and not 2020 as previously indicated (modification indicated on pages 5,7 and 11). All projects currently being set up will from now on have to use this template. Concerning approved projects: projects leaders are asked to pass on this information to their project partners.

Following the 2009 Dinan major event : partners needed !

The first major annual event of the programme that just took place on June 24th and 25th in Dinan (Brittany), aiming at touching a new audience of potential operators,augurs well : some 150 French and English participants attended the meeting, and 17 projects ideas were announced within the Project Forum !

Steering Committee of June 25th, 2009 (08/07/2009)
The third Steering Committee of the programme took place on June 25th, 2009 in Dinan (Brittany-France): 11 new projects have been approved, among which 2 micro-projects. More than one quarter of the global ERDF budget that can be granted to the projects have now been programmed (26,44%). Priority 4 has the wind in its sails with 5 approved projects!

A well-targeted logo! (01/04/2009)
No doubt you spotted this new logo above? Indeed many project partners have been looking forward to it: the logo for the Interreg IVA France (Channel) - England 2007-2013 programme is now being launched! This logo conveys the key objectives of the programme: a cooperation focussing on innovation and complementarity.

Second wealth of projects (13/03/2009)
The second steering committee of the programme took place on February 5th, 2009 at Chichester (West Sussex County Council).
15 new projects were approved in addition to the 10 first ones dating back to the steering committee of October 2nd, 2008. More than 22 million euros have been programmed by the last steering committee.

Audit report on rendered services (23/01/2009)
The Joint Technical Secrertary publishes a template audit report on rendered services for the projects which ERDF granting exceeds ¬ 300,000. The report shall be in support of the work of audit performed on the basis of documents and on site, and has to be completed by the auditor recruited by the project leader. It will be available in the future on PRESAGE-CTE.

Revenue-generating projects (23/01/2009)
Since last December 18th, only the projects which total cost exceeds 1 million euros are concerned by the regulation in force for revenue-generating projects.This threshold has been created by the Regulation modifying Article 55 paragraph 5 of EC Regulation 1083/2006.

Updating of the 'Guide for project leaders'

A new version of the 'Guide for project leaders' is now online, integrating what's brand new in the programme: the online completion of the form via PRESAGE-CTE, technical sheets on the key themes within the framework of setting-up projects in our programme (in-kind contributions, investment/depreciation, public contracts, labour costs, overheads etc.), as as well as the modified draft calendar of submission dates.

Changing Interreg III projects : before 26/11 (14/11/2008)
Interreg III projects needing to make very last changes must send their paperwork to the JTS before November 26th, 2008 : no other claim for project changes shall be admitted afterwards.

Recruitment : (05/11/2008)
The new programme has a very large eligible area : at such a scale, how can homogeneity be guaranteed in terms of facilitation and implementation? In order to try and ensure that, the JTS has set up the facilitation coordination and has recruited Marie-Noëlle Le Kervern who joined the team in mid-October.

Steering Commitee of October 2nd, 2008 : (15/10/2008)
The first Steerring Commitee of the programme took place on October 2nd. The Anglo-French cross-border cooperation gets off to a most auspicious start, especially in relation to the size of partnerships which are getting larger (17 partners for the LNA project), and more innovative (setting-up of twin projects tabled to merge later on during the programme). More than 11 Millions ERDF Euros have been committed, shared out between 10 projects that are presented to you in the in the form detailing the beneficiary projects.

Change of schedule : (15/10/2008)
The JTS informs you that the next Steering Commitee, initially scheduled on January 15th, 2009, is reported to February 5th, 2009.

The JTS is providing more details concerning eligible expenditure (esp. inkind contributions, overheads, depreciation/investments, staff expenditure for teachers and researchers), and concerning the audit of the projects for which the grant exceeds € 300,000 ERDF.

Approbation du PO :
The Operational Programme France (Channel) - England 2007-2013 has been approved by the European Commission on September 19th, 2008 (Decision C(2008) 5089).

PRESAGE-CTE, a new tool for Project management :
From September, 15th projects promoters will be able to submit online their application form thanks to PRESAGE-CTE, an interactive tool for Project management developped by the JTS.

05/09/2008: the 'Guide for projects leader' has been revised in order to be more precise about the De Minimis sate aids (page 36).

Interreg III project leaders :
Interreg III can not last forever: the programme has now to be closed. Please send your final payment request to GOSE as soon as your partnership agreement ends. No further exetnsion will be allowed. let's move on to Interreg III!
Interreg IV :
Updating of the key documents of the programme : download the latest expanded versions of the Guide for project leaders, the partnership agreement (article 3 modified) and the application form.

Simplification The administrative recevability rules have been simplified to make the submission of projects easier. These new measures apply from now on. Please click here to download the list of modifications from the Managing Authority and the new standard documents.
