The JTS is providing more details concerning eligible expenditure and the audit of the projects for which the grant exceeds € 300,000 ERDF. With the experience of the first two submission bids, the JTS publishes a report on eligible expenditure that precises its interpretations of the European and National Regulation concerning inkind contributions, overheads, depreciation and investment as well as staff expenditure for teachers and researchers.
As to check on rendered service for the projects which grant exceeds € 300,000 ERDF, the specification sheet constitues a "travel warrant" on how to organize the audit of these projects. Its translation in English is currently being completed.
